Tomorrow’s the day we’re all going down to Melaka for the big event ! Will be back on Sunday afternoon or evening. It’s gonna be a happening night ! LOL

On another note, my internet is down. Leeching off my neighbour’s connection using my laptop and i’m wondering why their connection is so much faster than mine =\

Yes, this post is wayyyyy overdue yet again. The dinner ended like what? 2 weeks ago? And i’ve been telling myself to post but i’ve been a very very lazy boy again =P Anyways, the dinner was held on the 14th of Oct at Armada Hotel in PJ. Initially, the planning part wasn’t really easy as it was quite hard to get all the committees together for a meeting to plan this out, so it was just planned individually where everyone has their own stuff to do and hope it’ll turn out good.

This year we had a lot of prizes and i do mean A LOT. First, we had sponsors from N1 Racing and Anglom Oil themselves, then Racing Art sponsored us with the logos for our backdrop. N1 Racing alone sponsored us with RM12k worth of prizes and i bet every single person who went for the dinner is really satisfied with the prizes they got =)

Well, the food was great and the dinner went better than what i expected. Frankly, i wasn’t expecting much from the dinner since the initial planning were quite fucked. A few committee members didn’t really give much attention/heart into the planning of this dinner. But all in all, i was really satisfied on how the night turned out to be, although i didn’t win anything =(

My job for the night is of course to take lots and lots of pictures. That’s all i can and like to do anyway =P I really like taking pictures for events like this so i didn’t mind at all when i was asked to be the photographer for the dinner. I could’ve used my Canon Powershot A520 for the job but i wanted to look more professional =P so i had to go around looking for someone who owns a D-SLR and was willing to loan me for a night.

Thanks to Slinky, he loaned me his Nikon D-70 for the night. Seriously, once is never enough when you played around with a D-SLR. Now i’m actually looking for a 2nd hand D-SLR i could afford to buy myself =P Anyone got any deals anywhere? hahah

Another thing that i was quite disappointed was the older members. WHERE ARE THEY? We tried calling them but all they could say is “I’ll confirm with you soon” or “No money laa”. In the end, they didn’t even re-confirm with us and didn’t even bother to call us back and at least tell us a reason why they’re not coming. Most of the members who came on that night are new members though.

Pro-Hatch is finally 2 years old. Lots of things happened throughout this 2 years, friends came and went, enemies made and lost, members appeared and disappeared. It has come down quite hard on us trying to put the club back together but we’re still trying our best to do it. We really don’t want to see the club die off just like that. But, with all this happening, how long more can we last? We’ll see =)

Just last Friday, i went to Sevenatenine in KL for someone’s birthday. It’s a very nice place just to chill out and drink with a bunch of friends. A LOT better than Laundry Bar in the Curve. The atmosphere, the crowd, the music. Well, this person finally turned 18 on that night !

Anyway, i went there with Lisha, Alvin, and Lin Lin. FuGZ was supposed to come too but he wasn’t feeling well at the last minute so we just went without him. She was really expecting me to come and even threatened to disown me as a friend if i didn’t come. =P Ah well, it’s been ages since i last saw her anyway, and i was supposed to meet up with her when Tiesto was down, but the phone lines were THAT bad on that day till i couldn’t call her. =(

Back to Sevenatenine. I reached there around 11 plus which was already quite late. Said hi and Happy Birthday to her and everything and we proceeded to look for seats. =P Ordered a drink and we just chilled at our table looking at everything/everyone passing by. She didn’t have much time to layan us cause practically half of the bar were her friends =\

We sat till around 12.30am and we saw that there were people already leaving, so might as well leave too since Lin Lin has a curfew anyway. Said bye to her and took a photo with her and everything and then we left. Hahah, it wasn’t quite a bad night, the place is nice, and i finally get to meet up with her again !

Just a few days ago, we finally got our very own shisha bottle =P We had quite a hard time looking for it mainly cause we’re not really sure which place sells them except for Rasta. Yeah, Rasta sells them for RM120 each but we were looking for other places that might offer us a better price. First we went to Amcorp mall but the shop was closed.

Then to Sunway area, where we couldn’t find the shop and then Pyramid where the shop doesn’t exist anymore -_-” Hartamas Square sells them too, so one fine night we decided to check the place out, RM150 for the big one that we normally use to shisha at shisha places. Since we’re regulars at Rasta, we decided to give it a shot and see if the boss there would give us a discount.

When we reached there, we started talking to the boss about the bottle
. He’s offering us RM120 not for the big one we normally use but a small one mainly for personal use. He then explained to us that the one which he’s selling is actually a higher quality one compared to those that they use. After being persuaded, we finally paid RM120 for the small but high quality bottle and boy we’re so satisfied with it. We’re planning to get another one though cause one wouldn’t be enough for all of us. XD

Last Thursday, we were at The Loft in Zouk yet again cause Van is spinning as usual in conjunction with his birthday celebration, lol. That night was fun and what fox said was right, it’s the first time i see everyone taking more photos than dance in a club -_-” All in all, it was a damn fun night cause i think i’ve never in my life taken so many photos at once before and Van gave me his camera to go on a snapping frenzy. Well, here are the pics then =P

Seriously, i never liked taking pictures except with this group of ppl, cause everyone’s seriously crazy when it comes to events like this -_-” Lots of candid shots around thanks to me and some nicely taken shots. Looking forward to the next gig ! Most prolly at Ruums on the 27th Oct =D Then on the 28th would be the Relev4tion in PD. Hopefully i’ll be going for this too.
